02. Do repairs require payment upon completion?



         Yes, we do require full payment on completion of the repairs. 

 

 

 

 
03. Does someone need to be on location during the repair?
 

         Yes, We ask that someone be on-site during the mobile repair and who can deliver payment upon completion of the repair. Unless this is a commercial company and we have a billing cycle. We do accept all major credit cards,check,and cash

04. Does online scheduling have a time frame?

           Yes, once you have submitted the date you would like to schedule the repair, someone from our office will contact you and get all the necessary information for the repair service  to be made.

 

 

05. How long is the turn around time on the repair?
 

          Most repair time turn around is same day on a mobile service unless parts have to be ordered and depends on the amount of items being serviced. Only one service call is charged.

 

        keep in mind most shop repair(s) are a 1 day to 2 week turn around time depending on if parts need to be ordered, the amount of equipment being repaired and the amount of other equipment ahead of yours.

 

 

06. Is there a service fee for the on-site repair?
 

      Yes, there is a one time service call fee that is paid at time of scheduling the repair. This fee includes: Reserved slot for repair time, and the rep. to come onsite and make a diagnostic for the cost of the repair(s). If the repair is decided not to be made the service fee is to cover the time of the mechanic for his services.Service fees will be refunded if canceled within 24hrs from date of service. We do accept all major credit cards,check,and cash!
